Tanya the Evil
Black Lagoon
Full Metal Alchemist Brotherhood
Demon Slayer
Steins Gate
Hellsing Ultimate
Pandora Hearts
And got a ton more..., most of them are shonen, some require a bit of thinking and are not just action fests.
If you want more or more specific ones just say the word.

Well what about Higurashi no Naku Koro ni (Eng: Higurashi: When they cry) and Umineko no Naku Koro ni (Eng: Umineko: When they cry) after it.
Even if this two anime series not really connected with each other, there is still a reason you should watch Higurashi first or let's say it's a recommendation but do as you please if you decide to give it a try, I think this series will probably drive you crazy.😄
