The Master Returns

In the next episode of Poe Tales, the series returns to the inspiration of the master. Edgar Allan Poe's, The Murders in the Rue Morgue.

A young aristocratic woman from Baltimore takes up residence in Paris for an extended stay. There she meets an eccentric local gentleman whose keen mind and vivid imagination seem to provide him with insights that prove both profound and dark. The pair learn about grisly murders that occur in an upper story of a house on the Rue Morgue. What begins as idle speculation plunges them into the center of a nightmare. Often considered the piece of literature that gave birth to the crime drama genre, Edgar Allan Poe’s compelling mystery offers both suspense and thought-provoking action.
