28 Days to Better Boxing
This 28 day 3 phase program has 28 videos that includes boxing combinations, conditioning, drills and workouts. In phase 1 you have days 1-12 where you work boxing combinations, defence and light footwork. Phase 2 consists of days 13-22 where we introduce you to high powered boxing drills and virtual training. Phase 3 has days 23-28. This, the final phase has 5 workouts where you execute all aspects of your newly acquired skills using easy to follow elevated Beginner boxing workouts.
Todays Boxing HIIT workout bring all of you skills together. Boxing combinations, footwork and and conditioning. A continuous 28 minute HIIT workout consisting of 1 minute boxing combos followed by a 30 second active recovery movement of combo. I know your efforts can surpass mine. You deserve to work as hard as you can!!! Today is graduation day! LETS GET IT!!!!

Enjoy this session as you near the end of 28 days of boxing. Focus on your hand position, hand release and footwork. Add punches to combinations when you feel they fit. Above all, enjoy the workout! Push hard and react fast!

Session 2 is the perfect mix of boxing combos and conditioning. You'll move non-stop, work your legs, and test your ability to throw boxing combos under fatigue. Move, rip, and react with limited mistakes. Let's GO!!
CHAMPS! The wait is over, you've made it to the workout portion of the the 28 day boxing program. In this phase work boxing skills, boxing IQ and test your fitness during these entertaining boxing workouts. Remember to move often, keep your hands up and react fast. Lets get after it champ!
A great drill to challenge and improve your reflexes and reaction time. You'll block. slip and throw counter punches in this highly effective boxing drill. Do this session 2 or 3 times in a row before moving onto day 20.

Todays drills we work hand pads together. Nate coaches you through punches 1-6 while holding pads for you. The idea here is to once again get you familiar with punches and defence. Keep your hands and eyes sharp.
Todays session is all about mental and physical capacity. Follow Claudia and do your best to outwork her. No breaks, 100 percent effort ans see where you stand. If you can push past her limits..push harder and find that next level of conditioning you've been looking for!
In today's sessions slip, duck, catch and block my punches. This session. will challenge your ability to locate and pick up my tells. Run through it a couple of times, and like an actual boxing match you'll know when I'm throwing punches before I do!
In today's session, you'll review footwork and positioning to develop a clear understanding of the basics of beginner footwork. This allows you to plant firmly before you throw your combinations. You'll also work inside and outside footwork.
