It really seems like they can just launch an OIC or have the pony police change the FRT at anytime to ban anything they want.

Unfortunately, this means that the rest of Bill C-21 will pass quickly and easily. Stand by for an amendment to the OIC since they can't get their way through regular channels. 😡
