Playeur not responding to any emails or support tickets
7 months agoI’ve been trying to “request a payout” from Channel Memberships for the past 4-5 months but even though I have money available for payout, the “request payout” button is “grayed out”. So I tried to contact Playeur to ask for help but Playeur not responding to any emails (I’ve sent a half dozen emails or so) or support tickets (I’ve sent over a dozen support tickets) over the past 4-5 months BUT I STILL HAVENT GOT A RESPONSE BACK YET!
They are still charging my members each month but I can’t access those funds. So for now, I would ask my members to stop paying the membership fees on Playeur and instead go to patreon.com/Brandonsballistics and continue being a Channel Member there instead.
I’m sorry for the inconvenience but I guess Playeur.com is a scam website now that takes advantage of creators and the members who support those creators
This is why one can not rely on only one platform. Subscribe/join/use as many platforms as possible. That way if one of them flakes out, you're still connected on the controversial (important) issues, and they all know that if they don't play fair they'll get forgotten.
