This is from the Miku Expo 2016 concerts in Toronto and New York and probably the very last footage from this concert I'll be able to upload. I realize this is a bit late in coming, but I was having all sorts of "problems" trying to get this last song uploaded. All I can say is...I hope it stays up...otherwise, watch and enjoy it while you can...

"Sharing The World", as captured by me in Toronto and New York, kick-starts the encore segment of the show with a bang!

I didn't like how this one came out. The balcony view was out of focus for most of the song and I felt out-of-sync trying to capture it. Anyway, here it is for what it's worth...

"Secret Police" I captured at the Miku Expo concerts in Toronto and New York.

The last song of the concert. I admit my arms were extremely fatigued at this point and I wasn't able to hold the camera as steady as I would have liked. I inter-cut wide angle shots from New York in parts where my arms failed me in Toronto.

In order to have a better quality sound for these concert clips, I try to find a clean version of the song and mix it with the audio from my camera phone capture. This works if the arrangement of the concert audio is pretty much the same as the original version. But in the case of a song like "magnet" where the arrangement is a bit different, it can be problematic. For this render, I relied more heavily on the audio from my phone than the layered mix of the original version. As a result, the audio is more "muddy" (which is how my camera phone audio sounds alone) but you can hear the unique arrangement of the concert version a little better. My apologies to the band as I don't mean to butcher their hard work and performance...

From my hotel room in New York I managed to render out a couple more concert clips, "Just Be Friends" and "Magnet". I wasn't sure my laptop would be able to handle it and if the wifi of my hotel would be able to upload them. Both proved difficult, but not impossible. For those of you attending the New York concert, I'll see you there! XD

Tokyo Teddy Bear in Toronto 2016. The song is by neru the producer, not the vocaloid character. Yes there are other people in this world named "neru". The guy to my right was a bit overly zealous and I got clobbered by his glowstick at 2:29 XD

I was at Toronto over the weekend and captured this raw footage of Ten Thousand Stars by the awesome CircusP. The excellent choreography, CG and light strobing effects, and crowd interaction exudes all the high energy prevalent at these concerts and sets this particular song apart from the others. I added a little off-the-cuff camera work to make it pop out that much more...
