Intro to Reloading Series
In this series I will do my best to present a step-by-step overview of the reloading process, and what methodology I use. My experience is not the be-all-end-all, and anything I say should be backed up by a reputable reloading manual. Reloading is a hobby that should be done by competent individuals, and with proper attention to both detail and safety.

In this video, I open up a set of reloading dies, and show how I go about resizing and depriming standard straight-walled brass, and what the sizing operation actually does to the brass itself. I cover my three choices of case lube: ISO-HEET and Lanolin (Mixed 12oz to 1oz respectively), Imperial Sizing Die Wax, and Redding Bio-Green with a case lube pad. After the sizing operation, I briefly discuss cleanup and maintenance of the reloading press/dies, as well as options for cleanup of the brass cases. Stay tuned for next week's video coming soon! How to Read Load Data and Develop a Load PART 7-Seating and Taper Crimp vs. Roll Crimp PART 8-Coming Next Week, Stay Tuned! In this video, I explain the setup procedure for 3 different styles of seating and crimping. The first one I cover is seating and crimping in the same step, with a Hi-Tek coated cast projectile. In the second procedure, I share a shortcut method which allows the user to setup their seat/crimp die based off of a previously loaded round. In the third procedure, I show the process of seating in one step, and roll crimping in another step, which is commonly seen on revolver, tube-fed rifle, and dangerous game rifle cartridges. Lastly, I close the video showing how to properly label completed boxes of handloads, as well as what I record in my reloading logbook for future reference.
